The Dr. A Talbot Brice house was built in 1889 by Dr. Henry Crum. In 1913, it was sold to a David H. Roekley and his wife Martha who deeded the house to their son, David Jr. and wife, Helen, in 1919. Two years later the home was sold to Josiah and Alice
Gross who owned it until 1937 when it was sold to Dr. A Talbot Brice. In 1991, the home was turned into an office for Sauser and Blair, P.A., a law firm specializing in family, real estate, commercial, criminal, and civil law. It is currently a residence.
